Q: What is the Valentine Pop-Up Studio?
The Valentine Pop-Up Studio is a seasonal experience featuring 13 beautifully crafted holiday-themed sets, perfect for taking your own photos with friends and family.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All bookings do need to be made in advance. We do allow same day bookings.

Q: What’s the difference between Selfie Tickets and Private Bookings?
With a Selfie Ticket, you’ll have access to the studio during designated hours to explore and take your own photos alongside other guests. Private Bookings give you exclusive access to the studio for your group (up to 10 people) without sharing the space.

Q: Can I bring a larger group for a private booking?
Yes! If you have more than 10 people, you will just pay for each additional guest after 10 once you arrive to the studio.

Q: Are professional photographers allowed?
Yes, and you’re also welcome to bring a professional photographer.

Q: Can I bring food or drinks into the studio?
To keep the studio clean and prevent any damage to our sets, we do not allow food or drinks inside.

Q: Are there ring lights or equipment available for use? Can I bring my own?Yes, we provide ring lights throughout the studio for optimal lighting. You’re welcome to bring additional tripods, but please avoid bringing equipment that requires plugging in, as outlets are limited.

Q: Are outfit changes allowed?
Yes, we do have dressing rooms to change outfits.

Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

All appointments are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change! You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new time.

A: We are proud to be the only shop in DFW that can produce high-quality LED signs within 5 days. Our expedited services with next-day production available at an additional $100 or 2-day production for just $50 extra.
