MONL Story
My journey began in 2020, fueled by my passion for art and creating. I started designing on my iPad, exploring new ideas and possibilities. This creative journey led me to design LED neon signs, and with the help of an engineer, I brought those designs to life.
At first, I worked from home, but I quickly realized I needed more. I wanted to create an LED neon sign shop that was unique and exciting - something different. That idea turned into a selfie studio pop-up in Fort Worth, TX featuring my neon signs. I called it Museum of Neon Lights. It was a way to test the waters and see if this was something I wanted to pursue long-term. The pop-up was a success and gave me the confidence to take the next step.
Soon after, I opened a studio in Frisco. For three incredible years, the studio became a place where creativity flourished. I changed my sets regularly for all seasons, holidays, and sometimes just for fun, creating a space that was always fresh and inspiring. It offered custom neon designs, a space for photo shoots, and a venue for events. To reflect this broader vision, I rebranded it as MONL Creative Studio. Unfortunately, rising rent costs made it difficult to sustain, and I had to make the tough decision to close its doors.
Now, MONL has embraced the freedom and excitement of pop-ups. This year, I launched a Christmas-themed pop-up in Gainesville, TX featuring 13 holiday-inspired sets and a boutique shop. It's perfect for families, friends, photographers or anyone looking to create memorable holiday photos!
Through every chapter of this journey, my mission has remained the same: to spread creativity, light, and joy through every glowing piece I create. Today, MONL continues to grow, with custom neon signs remaining at the heart of everything I do. I remain dedicated to designing and selling neon signs year-round, bringing creativity and light to homes and businesses everywhere.
