Damage to Property Agreement

By booking the studio for the Valentine's signing, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding any damage to studio property:

• Red Seamless Paper with Heart Cutout: If damaged or ruined during the session, the client agrees to pay a replacement fee of $100.
• Large Pink Candy Heart: If damaged or ruined during the session, the client agrees to pay a replacement fee of $100.
• Blow-Up Mattress: If damaged or ruined during the session, the client agrees to pay a replacement fee of $50.
• Other Damaged Items: Any other item broken or damaged during the session will be charged at a fee determined by the studio, not to exceed $50 per item.

The client acknowledges that these items are integral to the studio's setup and that any damage to these items will incur a fee. Payment for damages will be required upon completion of the session.
