Studio Rules
To make the most of your visit, please review and follow these studio rules:
- Appointments required: Appointments are required for all visits. Same-day appointments are available, but walk-ins are not permitted.
- Respect the Sets: Each setup is carefully designed. Please avoid touching or moving props, and handle everything with care.
- Selfie Hours Etiquette: During Selfie Hours, please be mindful of other guests waiting to use the sets. Limit your time at each setup if others are waiting, and keep the space clear and tidy for the next group.
- Private Bookings: Private bookings are exclusive to your group (up to 10 guests) for uninterrupted access to the studio. If you’d like to bring a larger group, please contact us in advance.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time to ensure you get the full experience. Late arrivals may not receive a full session due to other bookings.
- Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. For safety and to protect the sets, please ensure they remain with an adult while exploring the studio.
- Personal Items: Keep personal items like coats, bags, and strollers off the sets to avoid clutter and prevent any accidental damage. We recommend bringing only essential items into the studio.
- Photos & Videos: Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! However, professional equipment, such as lighting kits or tripods are allowed only with private bookings.
- Food & Drinks: To keep the studio clean and prevent damage, food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio.
- Tickets Are Required for Entry: Only guests with a valid ticket will be allowed inside the studio.
- No Waiting Area Inside: To maintain a comfortable and efficient environment, there is no indoor waiting area available. If you arrive early, please wait outside or in your car until your scheduled time.
- Quick Outfit Changes Only During Selfie Hours: Outfit changes are allowed, but they should be quick and simple to ensure smooth flow for all guests. Large suitcases or multiple outfits are not permitted during Selfie Hours.
